服用火把花根片后闭经的风湿性疾病患者性激素水平变化分析

目的观察因服用火把花根片引起闭经的育龄女性风湿性疾病患者性激素水平的变化。方法用双抗体夹心放射免疫法测定患者的血清雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)、催乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平。结果在17例服用火把花根片后引起闭经的育龄妇女中,从开始服药到停经的时间为4～24个月,平均(12±3)个月。患者的FSH和LH水平均高于正常育龄妇女的高值,而E2和P值均降低。在服用火把花根片引起闭经的类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的血清PR L水平明显高于系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者(P<0.05);血清LH、FSH、P及E2水平在RA与SLE患者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论服火把花根片引起的闭经符合高促性腺激素性闭经,提示卵巢功能减退或衰竭。

Tripterygium hypoglaucum cortex tablets-induced amenorrhea in rheumatics and an analysis on their sex hormone levels

Objective To investigate the Tripterygium hypoglaucum cortex tablets′ effect on sex hormone levels in child-bearing aged women with rheumatic diseases. Methods Seventeen patients developed amenorrhea after treatment with Tripterygium hypoglaucum cortex tablets.The concentration of sex hormones in these patients was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results These patients developed amenorrhea in 4 to 24 months (average=12±3 months).The levels of follicle-stimulatinng hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) were higher than those of normal fertile women,but the levels of estradiol (E2) and progesterone(P) were lower.The levels of hormones(LH,FSH,P and E2) associated with menstrual cycle had no statistical difference between rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients (P>0.05).The levels of prolactin(PRL) in RA patients were higher than SLE(P<0.05). Conclusion The amenorrhea induced by Tripterygium hypoglaucum cortex tablets treatment is in accord with a kind of amenorrhea of hypergonadotropic hormone,suggesting the patient get ovarian hypofunction or failure.
