武警某部医学救援队员体质动态观察

【目的】探讨武警部队医学救援队员在不同训练阶段体质变化情况。【方法】根据体质测试方法,对51名男医学救援队员体质情况分4个阶段进行测试。【结果】武警部队医学救援队员的身体形态指标变化有较好的发展趋势;生理机能在各个阶段均有所提高,毕业前相对下降;身体素质指标在专训后达到最好水平,毕业前有较大下降趋势。【结论】医学救援队员体质变化依赖不同阶段的训练安排,体质状况有进一步改善的空间。

Dynamic study on physical fitness of medical rescue team of Chinese People's Armed Police Force

[Objective]To investigate physical fitness of medical rescue team of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Foree at different stage. [Methods] Physical fitness of 51 male medical rescue team numbers was tested on 4 stages according to the methods of physical fitness measurements. [ Results ] There was positive trend to anthropometric data. Physical function was improved at every stage, but declined on pre-graduation stage. Physical fitness reached the best level after professional training, but showed a comparatively large decline on pre-graduation stage. [ Conclusion ] The changes of physical fitness of medical rescue team depended on training pmtocol, which need further improvement.
