应用ET技术评价腔隙性脑梗塞及TIA患者颈动脉弹性功能

摘    要:【目的】探讨血管回声跟踪(echo-tracking,ET)技术在评价腔隙性脑梗塞及短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemiaattach,TIA)患者早期颈动脉硬化中的作用。【方法】腔隙性脑梗塞患者60例,TIA患者30例,正常对照组30例。应用ET技术评估颈动脉弹性功能参数,包括压力应变弹性系数(pressure-strain elastic modulus,Ep)、僵硬度参数(stiffness parameter,β)、顺应性(arterial compliance,AC)、脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave conducting velocity,PWVβ)和增大指数(augment index,AI),并对上述参数进行统计学分析。【结果】腔隙性脑梗塞组的Ep、β、PWVβ及AI较正常对照组及TIA组显著增高(P<0.05,)AC明显减低(P<0.05)。TIA组除β高于正常对照组外(P<0.05),其余弹性功能参数无统计学差异(P>0.05)。【结论】应用ET技术有助于早期评价腔隙性脑梗塞患者颈动脉弹性的功能改变。

Abstract:【Objective】To evaluate the elastic function of carotid artery in patients with lacunar infarction and transient ischemic attack(TIA) by echo tracking(ET).【Methods】There are 60 cases in the lacunar infarction group,30 cases in the TIA group and 30 cases in the normal controlled group.ET technique was used to evaluate the carotid elastic modulus,such as the pressure-strain elastic modulus(Ep),stiffness parameter(β),arterial compliance(AC),pulse wave conducting velocity(PWVβ),augment index(AI).All these parameters were analyzed statistically.【Results】Compared with the TIA group and the normal group,data of Ep,β,PWVβ and AI of carotid artery were significantly higher in lacunar infarction group(P0.05).And data of AC was significantly lower than the TIA group and the controlled group(P0.05).Data of β of carotid artery was higher in the TIA group than that in the controlled group(P0.05).【Conclusion】ET technology can be used to evaluate the carotid elastic function in patients with lacunar infarction.
