摘    要:【目的】通过Waterlow量表的应用情况了解我院住院患者中压疮特点。【方法】压疮专业组登记我院2010年度1346例住院卧床患者的疾病、卧床时间、皮肤伤口情况,进行Waterlows’量表评分,记录各个压疮患者采取的防治方法。【结果】调查结果显示,1346例卧床患者中压疮患者共139例,其中外院带入101例平均在院压疮发生率为3.13%。压疮发生率与卧床时间呈正比,卧床时间>4周的患者压疮发生率为9%。Waterlow量表评分越高,压疮越容易发生,评分>20的患者中发生率为22.22%。【结论】老年长期卧床患者是压疮高危易发人群,Waterlow量表评分是较好的预测压疮发生的指标,可在临床推广使用。

Abstract:【Objective】To analysis the application of Waterlow's scale in hospitalized patients' bedsores.Methods] To register the diseases,time of lying in bed and conditions of skin wounds in the patients with bedsores,which were estimated by Waterlow's scale.The preventions and cures of every patient were recorded.Results] Among 1 346 patients lying in bed,bedsores were found in 139 patients in which 101 cases were happened outside hospital.The incidence of bedsore happened in hospital was 3.13%.The incidence of bedsore was 9% in patients who were in bed longer than 4 weeks,and was 22.22% in patients who got more than 20 scores by Waterlow's scale.Conclusion] The old and lying in bed patients are liable to the bedsore.The Waterlow's scale is a good predictor.Longer lying in bed,higher in Waterlow's chart,and higher the incidence of bedsore.
