港区件杂货码头职业病危害分析与评价

目的:对某港区件杂货码头存在的职业病危害因素进行识别和分析,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出关键控制点。方法:采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法进行资料收集和分析。结果:本工程化学性有害因素主要来源于装卸的物料,物理性有害因素有噪声、工频电场、高温、低温、电焊弧光。经检测,各岗位职业病危害因素浓度或强度符合国家职业卫生标准。结论:本工程职业病危害因素基本得到控制,但是公司职业卫生管理水平不高,应该加强对接触职业危害程度较高的外包人员的管理,抓住关键,认真整改。

Analysis and evaluation of occupational hazards of a general cargo terminal port

Objective: Identifying and analyzing the occupational hazard factors of a general cargo terminal port,and evaluating effects of occupational hazards and protective measures,furthermore critical control points were raised.Methods: On-site occupational health survey and testing method were adopted.Results: The concentration and intension of occupational hazard factors were under the occupational exposure limits.Conclusion: Although the occupational hazard factors were under control almost,but the level of occupational health management was low.Therefore the management of subcontractors who were exposed to serious occupational hazard must be improved according to critical control points.
