人性化护理对人工流产手术患者焦虑的影响

目的:探讨人性化护理对人工流产手术患者焦虑程度的影响。方法:将168例人工流产手术患者随机分为对照组和干预组各84例,对照组仅采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上采用人性化护理,比较两组患者手术前后的焦虑程度。结果:手术前干预组与对照组状态焦虑、特质焦虑评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者手术后状态焦虑评分(50.75±5.68)明显高于手术前状态焦虑评分(43.62±6.25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后干预组状态焦虑评分(45.96±5.31)低于对照组状态焦虑评分(50.75±5.68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组手术前后状态焦虑评分差值(2.18±1.06)明显低于对照组状态焦虑评分差值(7.13±3.68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理能有效地减轻人工流产手术患者手术后的焦虑心理。

The effect of humanity nursing on anxiety of abortion surgical patients

Objective： To explore the effect of humanity nursing care on anxiety degree of abortion surreal patients. Method ： 168 patients with abortion surgery. were randomly divided into control group and iutervention group. Routine care was adopted in control group ,routine care added hmanlty care was adopted in intervention group. Compared the preoperative anxiety scale score and postoperative score in two groups. Results：State and trait anxiety scale score were no statistics slgnificantly in m-o groups in the day before surgeu. State and trait anxiety scale score after surgery（50.75 ± 5.68 ） were significantly higher than that in the day before surgery （43.62 ± 6.25 ） in control groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. State and trait anxiety scale score in intervention group（45.96 ± 5.31 ） were significantly lower than that in control group（59.75 ±5.68 ） after surgery,,（ P 〈 0.05 ）. State and trait anxiety scale score D - value in intervention group （2. 18 ~ I. 06）were siguific, antly lower than that in control group（7.13 ± 3.68 ）after and before surgery（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Humanity nursing care can effectively reduce the anxiety of the abortion patiet~ts before surgery.
