摘    要:【目的】分析某三级甲等医院铜绿假单胞菌感染的科室分布特点及耐药性,为临床合理应用抗感染药物提供参考。【方法】对2009年1月-12月分离得到的合格菌株用法国生物梅里埃公司API鉴定系统进行菌株鉴定,同时用K-B纸片扩散法进行药敏实验。【结果】共检测出680株铜绿假单胞菌:其中呼吸科210株,构成比为30.9%I;CU分离到164株,构成比为24.1%;心内科108株,构成比为15.9%;普外63株,构成比为9.2%;其它135株,构成比为19.9%。药敏结果显示铜绿假单胞菌对阿米卡星、庆大霉素、头孢他啉及复方新诺明的耐药率分别达46.0%、67.6%、59.8%和70.7%,呈高水平耐药。【结论】铜绿假单胞菌在我院以呼吸系统感染为主,加强抗感染药物合理应用及控制耐药菌株的产生和传播都有助于减少医院感染的发生。

Abstract:Objective] To analysis the characteristics of distribution and the resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection for rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods] Strains isolated from Jan to Dec 2009 were tested by API and the drug susceptibility was tested by K--B method. Results] Among 680 Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains, 201 were in department of respiration (30.9%). 164 in ICU (24.1%), 108 in department of cardiology (15.9%), 63 in department of general surgery (9.2%), 135 were others. The resistance rates of 680 strains of PAE to amikacin were 46.0%, 67.6% to gentamicin and cefazolinum and sinomin was 59.8% and 70.7% respectively, but they were highly sensitive to streptomycin. Conclusion] most Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection is in department of respiration in our hospital,a series of measures, including strengthening rational use of antimicrobial agents and controlling generation or spread of PAE drug-resistant strains will contribute to reduce nosocomial infection.
