复方丹参注射液联合甘草酸二铵对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化影响的研究

目的]探讨治疗慢性乙肝、减缓肝纤维化的有效方法。方法]将150例住院的慢性乙肝患者随机分成治疗组(复方丹参+甘草酸二铵)70例,对照Ⅰ组(甘草酸二铵组)40例和对照Ⅱ组(复方丹参组)40例,三组治疗前和疗程结束后,采用放射免疫法检测血清HA、PCⅢ、LN、Ⅳ-C水平以及肝功能(ALT、AST、TBIL、A/G)指标变化。结果]治疗前三组患者血清HA、PCⅢ、LN、Ⅳ-C水平以及肝功能各项指标差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗后三组患者在症状、体征上均有不同程度好转,治疗组治疗后血清肝纤维化指标、肝功能指标下降明显,A/G比值有明显升高,与治疗前以及对照Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01～0.05)。结论]复方丹参注射液与甘草酸二铵联合治疗可更有效的改善肝功能,阻止以及逆转肝纤维化。

Effect of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate on Hepatic Fibrosis with Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective] To investigate the effect way in treating chronic hepatitis B and relieving the development of liver fibrosis. Methods ] 150 patients of chronic hepatitis B were divided randomly into three groups： therapy group（70 cases） ,control group Ⅰ （40 cases） and control group Ⅱ （40 cases）. The patients in therapy group were treated with Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza（CSM） and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate（DG）. The patients in control group Ⅰ were treated with DG. The patients in control group Ⅱ were treated with CSM. Before and after the treatment to the three groups, the serum level of hyaluronidase （HA） , type Ⅲ procollagen （ PC Ⅲ） ,Laminin （LN）,type IVcollagen （Ⅳ -C） were detected with radio immuneoassay （RIA） ,and the plasma level of ALT,AST,TBIL and A/G were also determined in three groups. Results ] The symptoms of patients were improved in three group. The serum level of HA,PC Ⅲ ,LN and Ⅳ - C were not significantly different in the three groups before treatment（ P 〉 0.05 ）. In therapy group the serum level of hepatic fibrosis and the liver function indices were declined significantly and the radio of A/G obviously rose after treatment. It was significandy different from control group and before treatment（ P 〈 0.01 -0.05 ）. Conclusion] CSM combined with DG could effectively improve liver function, hinder and reversion the indices of hepatic fibrosis.
