| 摘 要： | 目的：胎儿大脑中动脉、胎盘脐动脉阻力比值与胎心率比较预测和宫内窘迫的临床价值。材料与方法：应用彩色多普勒超声对３２例胎心异常及４９例胎心正常者进行了大脑中动脉、脐动脉的ＰＩ比值的对比分析。结果：胎儿ＭＣＡＰＩ、ＵＡＰＩ的变化与胎心率变化预示胎儿宫内窘迫是同步的，灵敏度、特异性、准确性、阳性与阴性预告值均较高。结果：ＭＣＡＰＩ／ＵＡＰＩ比值诊断宫内窘迫可信程度较好，有良好的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:Appraising the clinical application of MCAPI/UAPI and fetal heart rate in forecasting fetal intrauterine distress.Methods:By color Doppler ultrasound,we contrast the MCAPI/UAPI of the 32 cases which heart rate is abnormal with what of the 49 cases which heart rate is normal.Results:That is synchronism by the change of MCAPI/UAPI or of heart rate in forecasting fetal intrauterine distress,their sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and advance notice of positive or negative are all high Conclusions:Using MCAPI/UAPI and fetal heart rate to diagnose intrauterine distress is reliable,so it has better clinical application. |
