舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床观察

目的观察舍曲林对脑卒中后抑郁状态及神经功能康复程度的影响。方法将100例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为药物组和对照组。对照组采用综合治疗，药物组在综合治疗的基础上采用口服舍曲林治疗。应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和神经功能缺损评分法（CSS）对两组患者治疗前后进行评定。结果治疗组应用舍曲林2周后HAMD抑郁量表和神经功能缺损程度评分较对照组均有明显的改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论舍曲林对治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效显著，可提高患者的生存质量。

Effects of setraline on post stroke depression

Objective To observe the effects of setraline on post stroke depression(PSD).Methods 100 patients with PSD were randomly divided into medicine group(n = 54) and control group(n= 46).The patient in the control group were treated with physical therapy and the patient in the medicine group were treated with setraline and physical therapy.All patients were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and the Score of CSS before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the HAMD score in both groups decreased significantly(P< 0.05).Meanwhile,the medicine group showed significantly less depression than the control group(P< 0.05).The score of CSS was also significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05) in both group.Conclusion Setraline combined with physical therapy could significantly improve the functions of patients with PSD.
