光量子血氧疗法在肝硬化门脉高压症术后肝损伤治疗中的应用

目的:探讨光量子血氧疗法(UBIO)在肝硬化门脉高压症术后肝损伤治疗中的应用。方法:120例肝硬化门脉高压症术后出现明显肝功能异常患者随机分为两组:治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规的护肝治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用UBIO治疗。结果:两组治疗后血清SB、ALT、AST与治疗前比较,均有非常显著性差异(P均<0.01),治疗组治疗后血清SB、ALT、AST与对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P均<0.05),SB、ALT和AST恢复率:治疗组分别为80%、54%和45%,对照组分别为40%、30%和20%,两组比较,差异均有非常显著性(P均<0.01)。结论:UBIO治疗能促进肝硬化门脉高压症术后肝损伤患者的肝功能恢复。

Application of Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation and Oxygenation(UBIO) for Liver Trauma due to Operation of Hepatocirrhosis Portal Hypertension Symptom

Objective: To study the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation(UBIO)on liver trauma after operation for symptom of hepatocirrhosis portal hypertension.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with obvious function abnormality after operation for symptom of hepatocirrhosis portal hypertension were allocated into two groups evenly.One half cases were received the UBIO therapy(UBIO group),and another half cases were only treated with conventional drug treatment(comparison group).And then the cure result was observed.Results: The levels of serum bilirumbin(SB),alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartic transaminase(AST)all were reduced in the two groups,especially in the UBIO group.Compared with comparison group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The normalized rate of SB,ALT and AST in UBIO group was 80%,54%,and 45%.But that of comparison group was 40%,30%,and 20%.There was obvious difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:UBIO could promote the recover and improvement of liver function on liver trauma after operation for symptom of hepatocirrhosis portal hypertension.
