摘    要:目的通过对地塞米松抑制小鼠感染弓形虫后黏膜部位SIgA含量测定,研究黏膜在弓形虫感染免疫中所起作用。方法将小鼠分成正常对照组(不进行特殊处理),感染组(经口感染5×10^4个/只RH株弓形虫速殖子小鼠)和抑制感染组(在接种前48 h开始肌肉注射地塞米松2 mg/kg/d,48 h后用5×10^4个/只RH株弓形虫速殖子经口感染小鼠),分别在0 d、5 d、10 d、15 d、20 d、30 d、50 d处死小鼠,冲洗上呼吸道、下呼吸道、肠道黏膜,夹心ELISA法测定SIgA抗体含量。结果在观察的时间段内SIgA抑制感染组低于感染组,分别在5 d、10 d、15 d、20 d差异具有显著性(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论地塞米松抑制组小鼠感染弓形虫黏膜部位SIgA含量降低,特别是消化道黏膜减少明显,地塞米松对黏膜免疫有抑制作用。

Abstract:Objec tive To study the effect of desamethasone on mucosal immunity of mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii by deceting the level of SIgA and its mechanism.Methods The mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii were divided into control group,infective group and immunosuppressed infective group.They were infected with Toxoplasma gondii after injecting desamethasone(DEX)and detected SIgA after 0、5、10、20、 30、50 day,sandwich ELISA were used to test the level of SIgA in nasopharynx,lung and intestinal.Results DEX could obviously decrease the level of SIgA in nasopharynx,lung and intestinal,there were obviously difference of SIgA at 5,10,15,20 day(P〈0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion DEX can obviously decrease mucosal immunity of mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii,especially in intestine.
