氯吡格雷对颈动脉斑块的影响

目的探讨氯吡格雷颈动脉斑块的影响。方法将60例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的病人随机分成两组,治疗组服用氯吡格雷75mg,qd,与服用肠溶阿司匹林75mg,qd,作为对照组,服药前后记录斑块面积、颈动脉管腔直径(离颈内外动脉分叉lcm处的测量值、CCAD)、内中膜厚度(IMT)以及斑块性质。结果病人颈动脉粥样硬化斑块面积缩小或消失,CCAD增加、IMT变薄,治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.01),而与对照组相比,亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷对颈动脉斑块有明显逆转作用。

Effect of Plavix Clopidogrel in Treating Vulnerable Atheromatous Plaque in Clinic

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of plavix clopidogrel in treating vulnerable atheromatous plaque in clinic. Methods 60 patient were divided into two group,the treated group was treated with Clopidogrel 75 mg every day,as the control group was treated with asprin 75 mg every day. Before and after treatment,the plaque area,CCAD,IMT and plaque quality were observed. Results After treatment,the plaque area reduced,CCDA increased and IMT became thinner,there were significant difference between before and after treatment (P <0.01) in treating group. The change had significant difference between treating group and control group too (P <0.05). Conclusions Clopidogrel has significant therapeutic effects on stabilizing the vulnerable plaque.
