| 摘 要： | 本文将420侧髂骨标本内、外侧面,从前到后、由上至下分成A、B、C、D、E、F6个区。滋养孔总数在外侧面,男女性均为D区>A区>B区>E区。在内侧面,男性为A区>B区>D区>E区;女性为A区>D区>B区>E区。男、女两性直径1.5 mm以上主滋养孔的总数,在外侧面是B区>D区>E区>A区;内侧面为E区>B区>D区>A区。本文还提出了滋养孔定位标准;并按Martin标准,测量了髂骨高、最大宽、最小宽、髂骨翼和髂嵴厚度,从而为带血管蒂的髂骨移植提供了骨学依据。

| Abstract: | The shape and number of the nutrient foramen of 420 side of the adult ilium have been observed. The length, diameter, thickness of the ilium and the diameter of the nutrient foramen have been measured. We divided the inner surface and the outer surface of iliac alae into six regions, namely A. B. C. D. E. F. The number of nutrient foramen of the iliac alae on the outer surface were D>A>B>E regions, and inner surface were A>B>D>E regions for the male sex; A>D>B>E regions for female sex. The nutrient foramina with diameter larger than 1.5 mm occured in B. D. E. A. regions on the outer surface and E>B>D>A regions on the inner surface. This paper also discussed the relationship between nutrient foramen and the blood supply of the ilium. |
