CT引导微侵袭立体定向术在诊断颅内深部病变的应用

目的　评价CT引导微侵袭立体定向术在确定颅内深部或功能区病变中的诊断及治疗作用。方法自 1 989- 1 999年采用CT引导微侵袭立体定向术诊断或治疗 58例颅脑疾病。结果　在治疗 2 8例震颤麻痹 ,9例金属异物及 3例颅内深部血肿中取得良好效果。 1 8例经CT引导微侵袭立体定向活检病理学诊断结果为脑肿瘤 7例 ,炎性疾病 5例 ,血管性病变 3例 ,非瘤性囊肿 2例 ,1例未能获得阳性病理学诊断 ,总阳性诊断率为 94.44% ,无并发症及死亡发生。结论　CT引导微侵袭立体定向术是一种诊断及治疗颅内深部或功能区病变的可靠方法 ,并能为其它临床治疗方法提供依据。微侵袭立体定向术安全、可靠、并发症少

Clinical study of minimally invasive CT-guided stereotactic surgery for brain lesions

Objectives To study the role of CT-guided minimally invasive stereotactic surgery in making correct diagnosis and therapy of intracerebral lesions which were deep-seated or locked in brain functional area.Methods 58 patients with intracerebral lesions were diagnosised and cured which were underwent CT-guided minimally invadive stereotactic surgery from 1989 to 1999.Results There were 28 patients with Parkinson's disease, 9 patients with intracerebral metallic foreign body and 3 patients with intracerebral deep-seated hematoma which were cured and got positive effect. The other 18 cases were underwent CT-guided biopsy.The brain tumor were diagnosed pathologically in 7 cases, inflammatory processes in 5,vascular diseases in 3,non-tumoral cystic lesions in 2 and non-diagnostic cases in 1.The total positive biopsy rate was 94.44%.No severe complication or death was found.Conclusions The result suggest that CT-guided minimally invasive stereotactic surgery is a reliable method for diagnosis and therapy of brain lesions which were deep-seated or locked in brain functional area.Moveover,it provides some evidences for the other clinic method.There for,CT-guided minimally invasive stereotactic surgery is an effective method which it is safe,reliable and less complication.
