口腔局麻不良反应史者用阿替卡因局麻的临床观察

目的:观察口腔局部麻醉不良反应史者应用阿替卡因作局麻处理的临床效果。方法:监测66例患者用阿替卡因局麻前后血压和心率的变化,并询问不良反应的情况。用药剂量为0.5～1.0mL。结果:除2例患者口腔注射后出现短暂心率过速外,64例无不良反应,66例均达到有效麻醉。结论:阿替卡因安全,麻醉效果可靠,可用于常用局麻药有不良反应者。

Clinical Effect of Articaine on Patients with History of Adverse Reaction to Other Oral Local Anesthetics

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Articaine on patients with history of adverse reaction to other oral local anesthetics. Methods: In 66 patients, the changes of blood pressure and heart rate were monitored and the adverse reactions were inquired before and after local anesthesia with Articaine. The dose of Articaine was between 0.5 mL and 1.0 mL. Results:The local anesthesia with Articaine was effective in all patients. There was no adverse reaction to Articaine in 64 patients except for transient tachycardia in 2. Conclusion : It is safe and effective to use Articaine as an oral local anesthetics in patients with history of adverse reaction to other oral local anesthetics.
