| 摘 要： | 目的：观察尼莫地平治疗自发性蛛网膜下腔出血后引起脑血管痉挛的临床疗效及护理。方法：采用尼莫地平注射液＋5％葡萄糖注射液静脉点滴对30例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者（治疗组）进行治疗，并与26例经常规治疗者（对照组）进行对比观察。结果：治疗组各临床征状好转率明显高于对照组。结论：尼莫地平注射液治疗自发性蛛网膜下腔出血，解除脑血管痉挛，扩张脑血管，改善微循环，有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of nimodipine on cerebral vascular spasm resulting from spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage and it's nursing. Method:56 patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage were admitted to our department, 30 cases (treatment group) were treated with nimodipine and 5% glucose injection , 26 cases(control group) were treated with ordinary method. After a period of time ,compared the therapeutic effect . Result:The clinical symptoms of treatment group was improved much better than control ones . Conclusion: Nimodipine can preclude cerebral vascular spasm and improve circulation of the brain ,it has the applying value in clinic. |
