互联网虚假信息传播对药品安全监管影响的研究

目的：研究互联网虚假信息传播对药品安全监管的影响，保障公众用药安全。方法通过对百度搜索引擎以及新型即时通讯社交平台的扫描，分析出互联网药品虚假信息的传播路径以及交易环节，梳理药品安全监管亟需完善和创新的有效手段和法律法规体系。结果与结论互联网为虚假药品信息带来发布的便利条件及新的空间，同时也给药品安全带来严重的隐患。构建互联网虚假药品信息监测体系，加强药物广告审查制度，并加快建立行刑衔接机制已是当务之急。

The impact of the internet false information promogation on the drug safety supervision

Objective This research was launched to study how Internet false information spreading affected the drug safety regulator. Methods The research was started by analyzing various propagation routes of Internet false drug information and transaction links, through the known search engine named baidu, and some instant communication platforms. Drawbacks of current drug safety supervision were figured out, according to the analysis results. Furthermore, the supervising approaches were needed to be amended for a more consummate legal system. Results and Conclusion As search engine companies and various burgeoning instant communication platforms offers convenient conditions for the spreading of false drug information on the Internet, drug safety is confronted with severe hidden danger. Therefore, construction of the Internet false drug information regulator system is urgent task at present, which also requires enhancing the supervision of drug advertisement investigation, and speeding up the establishment of strict laws and regulations in order to support safety standards implementing.
