重庆市农村地区老年男性艾滋病高危性行为现况调查

目的：了解重庆市农村地区老年男性异性高危性行为现况，以及期望获得艾滋病知识宣传途径，为做好防控工作提供依据。方法：采用自行设计的艾滋病防治知晓率和高危异性性行为问卷，随机抽取重庆市4个乡镇50岁以上常住男性400名进行现场调查。结果：老年男性艾滋病知晓率低（42．38％），对蚊虫叮咬不能传播艾滋病的知晓率仅为7．79％。12．56％的被调查者在过去一年中曾有过非婚高危性行为，其中无配偶被调查者的非婚性行为比例更高达25．00％。调查还显示，有86．00％的被调查者不愿意使用安全套。获得艾滋病知识途径以电视（54．02％）和朋友交流（38．44％）为主，对期望获得艾滋病知识的途径，大多数被调查者选择通过电视（77．64％）和文艺演出（55．28％）的方式。结论：重庆市农村地区50岁以上男性对艾滋病防治知晓率较低，其高危行为者较多，相关管理部门和机构要制定切实可行的艾滋病健康教育宣传策略，以提高艾滋病干预效果。

Survey on the HIV/AIDS High Risk Behavior and Status of Eldly Men in Rural Chongqing

objective： The purpose is to understand the rural elderly male heterosexual high - risk behavior and expect to get AIDS knowledge publicity approaches, provide the basis for prevention and control. Methods： A total of 400 rural men over 50 years of age were randomly selected from four towns in Jiangjin district, Chongqing and were investigated using self- designed questionnaire of aware of knowledge about HIV/AIDS and high - risk heterosexual sex behavior. Results： the percentage of awareness on AIDS was low （42.38%）. For example, the percentage of awareness that mosquitoes cannot spread of HIV/AIDS was only 7.79%. 12.56% of them in the past years have been unmarried high - risk sexual behavior. About 86.00% of them would not like to use condoms, and percentage of no married was much higher（25.00% ）. Channels of getting AIDS knowledge were TV （ 54.02% ） and friends （ 38.44% ）. Expected channel of getting HIV/AIDS knowledge was TV （77.64%） , and theatrical performances （55.28%） . Conclusion： the rural men over the age of 50 are lack of AIDS knowledge, and have high - risk behavior. It is urgent to explore the feasible method of education, for example in localization, popular literature and art propaganda in the rural area Southwest China.
