| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展和医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,为满足社会经济和中医药事业发展需要,中药高等教育中药学专业人才培养应根据中药学学科属性合理定位人才培养模式;坚持“传承有特色、创新有基础、服务有能力”的人才培养原则;以大健康产业发展为服务导向进行中药学专业人才培养模式改革,进一步优化人才培养方案,全面提高中药学专业人才培养质量.

| Abstract: | The training of professional talents of Chinese pharmacy should establish reasonable training mode according to the subject attributes of Chinese pharmacy, persist the training principles of inheritance, innovation and service, take large-scale health industrial development as a service guidance to reform training mode, optimize training plan and improve training quality. |
