旋光法测定甘露醇注射液含量

目的：建立旋光法测定甘露醇注射液的含量。并与药典方法相比较。方法：旋光法为以四硼酸钠为附加剂。药典方法为碘量法。以t-检验法对两种测定方法的结果进行分析。结果：甘露醇在28．0—60．0g·L^-1范围内与旋光度呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999）。方法的平均回收率为100．23％，RSD为0．78％（n=5），其测定结果与碘量法无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：旋光法测定甘露醇注射液的含量。操作简便、快速。结果准确，重现性好。

Assay of Mannitol Injection Using Polarimetric Method

Objective： To establish a polarimetrie method for determining content of Mannitol Injection, comparing with method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Method： In the polarimetric method, sodium borate was used as addition agent, and Pharmacopoeia Method is iodometric method. T-test method was used to analyse these two kinds of different detecting results, Results：Good linear relationship is shown between Mannitol（within the range of 28. 0 - 60. 0 g · L ^- 1 ） and Optical rotation （ r = 0. 999 9 ）. The average recovery was 100. 23%, RSD = 0. 78% （ n = 5 ）, and there was no significant difference for results （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion ：This method is simple, rapid, accurate and with good reproducibility.
