| 摘 要： | 目的：比较国产与进口西替利嗪片对慢性荨麻疹的疗效及不良反应。方法：选择慢性荨麻疹病人１１３例,采用随机对照双盲法给予国产或进口西替利嗪片。其中国产组５４例（男性１８例,女性３６例,年龄 ３４ ａ ± ｓ１２ａ）给予国产西替利嗪片,进口组 ５９例（男性 ３０例,女性 ２９例,年龄 ３２ ａ±１１ａ）给予进口西替利嗪片,均为 １０ ｍｐ,ｐｏ, ｑｄ× ２ ｗｋ。结果：国产组与进口组的总有效率分别为 ９１％和８８％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。２组的不良反应均较轻微。结论：国产与进口西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹均安全有效。 |

| Abstract: | AIM: To compare the efficacies and adverse reactions between domestic and imported cetirizine in treating chronic urticaria. METHODS: One hundred and thirteen patients with chronic urticaria were treated with cetirizine in double blind randomized trials. Patients were divided into 2 groups: 54 patients (M 18, F 36, age 34 a±s 12 a) were given domestic cetirizine, while 59 patients(M 30, F 29, age 32 a ± 11 a) were given imported cetirizine 10 mg, po, qd for 2 wb. RESULTS: The total response rates of the "domestic" and "imported" groups were gi % and 88 %, respectively, (P > 0. 05 ). The adverse reactions in both groups were alike and slight. CONCLUSION: Both domestic and imported cetirizine are effective and safe in treating chronic urticaria. |
