眼底荧光血管造影术并发症及处理

目的研究眼底荧光造影术的安全性。方法对1430例患者中荧光素钠注射液不良反应的发生率及对其处理进行回顾性研究。结果1430例患者中,发生不良反应的共34例,占2.415%。其中大部分为轻、中度不良反应,为33例,发生率2.340%;重度不良反应为1例,发生率0.075%;无死亡病例。结论尽管会发生一些不良反应,眼底血管荧光造影术仍然是一种相对安全的眼底病检查方法。造影室必须具备急救条件,一旦发生严重的过敏性休克,及时抢救,以确保患者的生命安全。

The Complications and Treatment of Fundus Fluorescein Angiography

Objective To investigate the safety of fluorescein angiography. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 1430 patients who underwent fluorescein angiography. The rate of adverse events was calculated and the treatment was discussed. Results There were 34 cases(2.415%) of side effect occurring in the patients. Many of them were mild or moderate ones, which were 33 cases in number and were 2.340% in rate. The number of severe cases was one case(0.075%). No case of death occurred. Conclusion Although the side effect could occur,fluorescein angiography is generally a safe method for the examination of fundus disease. There should be equipped emergency medical treatment conditions within the fluorescein angiography room. One should rescue life of patinets as soon as possible in case of acute anaphylaxis occur.
