| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨眼外伤球内异物合并化脓性眼内炎的临床治疗.方法 应用玻璃体切除术取出球内异物,清除玻璃体内脓液,术终球内注射抗生素加激素.结果 所有病例眼球都能保存,部分视力有所提高(66.7%).结论 玻璃体切除术加球内注药是目前治疗眼外伤球内异物合并化脓性眼内炎的较好的方法,值得临床应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical charactoristic of intraocular foreign bodies with suppurative endophthalmits.Method Vitrectomy associating with extirpation of intraocular foreign bodies and pus,at last inject with antibiotics and steroid into the eyes.Results All cases can keep the eyes and the visions some of the cases were improved (66.7%).conclusions Vitrectomy combined with antibiotics and steroid injection in eyes is an effective method for the management of intraocular foreign bodies with suppurative endophalmits. |
