摘    要:介入医疗器械是近十几年来迅速发展起来的新兴的医疗器械领域,采用介入医疗器械开展的微创介入手术代表了医疗技术的发展方向。在心脑血管介入器械方面,以冠脉支架(药物洗脱支架)为代表的介入器械已经在全世界获得广泛应用,治疗冠状动脉狭窄的安全性和有效性获得医学界认可,在脑血管疾病的治疗方面也发展迅速。在电生理介入导管方面,以射频消融导管治疗各类心动过速的技术也正得到普及。本文综述了以心脑血管介入器械为主的器械技术发展现状,对主要器械的技术发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Minimally invasive medical devices are a new developing field of medical devices and the typical devices include cardiovascular interventional devices and electrophysiology ablation catheters etc. Drug-eluting stent (DES) is being used in clinically treating coronary artery disease and safety and effective effect has been clinically tested over the world. Interventional therapy has been rapidly expanded to treating neurovaseular disease, carotid stent and distal embolic device have been used to treating carotid artery disease. Ablation catheter is being applied to treat tachycardia and further clinically development is focused on R&D of ablation catheter and related equipments to treat atrial fibrillation, This paper reviews the current status of cardiovascular interventional devices and points out the developing direction and update progress.
