| 摘 要： | 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)在Hp相关性胃炎的发病机制中对胃黏膜上皮细胞解痉多肽(SP)以及细胞外信息相关蛋白激酶(ERK)表达的影响.方法检测68例浅表性胃炎患者的活检组织标本.(1)采用免疫组织化学和染色评分的半定量法对Hp阳性组与阴性组、Hp根除前和根除后慢性浅表性胃炎患者的胃黏膜上皮细胞的SP和ERK的表达量进行检测比较.(2)采用质子泵抑制剂 克拉霉素 甲硝唑三联疗法根治Hp感染.结果(1)Hp阳性组SP和ERK的表达量较阴性组明显减少(P＜0.05).(2)Hp根除后SP和ERK的表达量较根除前明显增加(P＜0.05).结论SP和ERK表达量的异常在Hp致胃黏膜损害的发病机制中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the possible role of spasmolytic polypeptide(SP)and extracellular signal regulated protein kinase(ERK)in the pathogenesis of helicobacter pylori(H pylori)relaed gastritis.Methods:The expression of SP and ERK were detected by immunochemical technique in patients of H pylori positive,H pylori negative and those before and after eradication of H pylori,respectively.Results:The expression of SP and ERK in the H pylori positive group were significantly lower than those of H pylori negative group.The expressions of SP and ERK were significatly increased after H pylori eradication(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Abnormal expression of SP and ERK may play a key role in the pathogenesis of H pylori related gastritis. |
