胫骨平台倾斜角与前交叉韧带损伤的关系

目的 探讨胫骨平台倾斜角与前交叉韧带损伤的关系. 方法 将38例已确诊的前交叉韧带损伤患者纳入研究组,38例以膝关节疼痛症状就诊并已确诊前交叉韧带完整患者为对照组.两组病例在年龄、性别方面相匹配.每例患者常规进行患膝X线正侧位(包括胫骨中下段)和MRI检查.在MRI上测量内外侧胫骨平台倾斜角度,两组进行比较. 结果 研究组外侧胫骨平台倾斜角(8.10°±2.17°)大于对照组(4.84°±2.21°,P<0.001),内侧胫骨平台倾斜角(5.99°±2.10°)小于对照组(6.96°±2.24°),差异无统计学意义(P=0.055). 结论 胫骨平台倾斜角与前交叉韧带损伤具有一定的关系,并且内外侧胫骨平台倾斜角在前交叉韧带损伤中可能起着相反作用,较大的外侧胫骨平台倾斜角可能会增加前交叉韧带损伤的风险.

Relationship between tibial slope and anterior cruciate ligament lesion
