老年高血压病患者免疫功能研究

目的 :观察老年高血压 (OEH)患者外周血细胞免疫、体液免疫和红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 :用单向琼脂扩散法、间接免疫荧光法等测定老年高血压病患者及对照级的IgG、IgM、IgA、C3 、T淋巴细胞亚群、红细胞C3b受体花表率 (RBC—C3b)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC—ICR)、B细胞百分率。结果 :OEH组血清IgG、G3 较对照组明显增高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,CD3 、CD4、CD8百分率低于对照组 ,CD4/CD8比值高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。OEH患者红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RBC—C3b)明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC—ICR)明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :提示OEH患者在细胞免疫、体液免疫以及红细胞免疫方面均存在功能紊乱 ,说明免疫损伤可能是OEH发病机制中的一个致病因素

Observation on Imunological Function in Elderly Hypertension

Ninety-one elderly with essential hypertension(OEH)were studied for analyzing cyto-immunological lymphocyte subpopulation and red cell immunological function.It was indicated that IgG?C 3?CD 4/CD 8 ratio increased significantly in OEH(P<0.001,P<0.01),while C 3?CD 4?CD 8 cells decreased significantly(P<0.01).It was also showed that the serum rosette forming rate of red blood cell C 3b receptor(RBC-C 3b )was lower and red blood cell immunological comple(RBC-ICR)was higher than that of normal controls.This result showed that serious immunological disturbances existed in elderly hypertension,which probably involved in the machanisim of essential hypertension.
