| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Cyclin G和p53在结肠癌中表达及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测70例结肠癌组织及其31例癌旁组织中的Cyclin G及p53的表达情况。结果:Cyclin G高表达于结肠癌细胞核,结肠癌组织中Cyclin G和p53表达率分别为62.9%(44/70)和77.1%(54/70);癌旁组织中Cyclin G和p53表达阳性率分别为9.7%(3/31)和3.2%(1/31);Cy-clin G在结肠癌中的表达与肿瘤的Dukes分期相关,两者的表达呈明显相关性。结论:结肠癌组织中Cyclin G和p53高表达可能与结肠癌发生与发展有关。检测结肠癌组织中Cyclin G可能成为结肠癌癌基因治疗的新靶点。

| Abstract: | Objective The expression of cyclin G & p53 in colonal carcinoma tissue and the correlation between cyclin G & p53 in colonal carcinoma.Methods For 70 colonal carcinoma tissue and 31 colonal tissue beside the tumor,the expressiom of cyclin G and p53 are messured with immunochemical staining technique.Results Enhanced expression of cyclin G are found in cell nucleus of colonal carcinoma tissue.The rate of cyclin G and p53 are 62.9% and 77.1% respectively,while the positive rate are 9.7% and 3.2% respectively for tissue beside the tumor,A significam correlation is found between cyclin G & p53,and also found between cyclin G and Tumor Dukes grade.Conclusion The enhanced expression of cyclin G and p53 probably related to the genesis and development of colonal carcinoma and the cyclin G might be a new target in tumor gene therapy. |
