| 摘 要： | 目的：检测成骨-破骨细胞共育体系中应用淫羊藿苷后碱性磷酸酶（ALP）和抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶（TRACP）的变化,探讨淫羊藿苷的作用机理.方法：建立成骨-破骨细胞共育体系,分为淫羊藿组、空白对照组和阳性对照三组,每组于同一培养板重复6孔,分别检测上清液中ALP和TRACP的含量,并进行组内和组间的统计学分析.结果：经鉴定成功培养成骨细胞和破骨细胞,并建立成骨-破骨细胞共育体系,测定结果显示,在ALP活性中,三组间比较差异显著（P＜0.01）,LSD法组内比较淫羊藿苷组与空白对照组差异显著（P＜0.01）;淫羊藿苷组与阳性对照组无显著性差异（P＝0.546）;在TRACP活性中：三组间比较差异显著（P＜0.01）,LSD法比较淫羊藿苷组与空白对照组比较差异显著（P＜0.01）;淫羊藿苷组与阳性对照组无显著性差异（P＝0.10）.结论：淫羊藿苷可以增强共育体系中成骨细胞的活性,抑制破骨细胞的功能.
