摘    要:目的对通经草叶中的特征成分粉背蕨酸进行分离、纯化和结构鉴定,并采用HPLC法对通经草叶中粉背蕨酸的含量进行首次测定。方法色谱柱为Betasil-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-体积分数为0.1%磷酸水溶液(体积比为85∶15),检测波长215 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,室温,采用外标法测定。结果粉背蕨酸质量浓度在2.475~49.50 mg.L-1内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),方法精密度(RSD)为1.6%(n=6),加样回收率为98.2%~100.8%。结论该方法操作简便、分析速度快、重复性好、结果准确可靠,可用于通经草叶中粉背蕨酸的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method for isolation and determination of alepterolic acid in the frond of Aleuritopteris argentea. Methods The HPLC method was performed on a Betasil-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 µm) at the ambient temperature, using a mixture of methanol and 0.1 % phosphoric acid solution (V∶V = 85∶15) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 215 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Results There was good linear relationship( A =1.078×107 ρ-1.119×102,r=0.999 6) between the concentrations and the peak areas of alepterolic acid in the range of 2.475-49.50 mg·L-1. The recoveries were in the range of 98.2 %-100.8 %, and the relative standard deviation was less than 1.6 % (n=6). Conclusion The results indicate that this method is accurate, rapid, simple and reproducible, and thus suitable for the analysis of alepterolic acid in the frond of Aleuritopteris argentea.
