摘    要:本文对颌骨骨折固定钛板Ti-6Al-4V合金进行了表面改性处理,通过仿生合成的方法,获得了致密性好、结合力高的HA生物活性陶瓷.临床使用表明:表面改性处理的固定钛板具有良好的生物活性,能很好地促进面颌骨折的愈合,具有重要的临床用应价值.

Abstract:We made a surface treatment on the fixation titanium Ti-6Al-4V planks for maxillofacial bone fractures. The hydroxyaptite active porcelain with high density and good combine propitiates was synthesized by bio-mimetic method. The clinic usages indicate that the surface bio-mimetic treated fixation titanium planks have good bioactivity, so that they can promote the cure processes of the maxillofacial bone fractures. It is valuable to the clinic usages.
