经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

目的评价经皮椎间孔镜（TESSYS）技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法应用TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症45例，于手术前后采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估患者腰腿疼痛缓解的情况，采用改良MacNab评分评估患者术后功能恢复的情况。结果本组病例手术均获得成功，VAS评分由术前（7．8±0．4）降到术后1d时（2．5±0．3），6个月随访时（1．8±0．4），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。根据改良MacNab疗效评定优效25例，良效16例，可效4例，优良率91．1％（41／45例）。结论经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效。
