臂丛阻滞下肩部医用三氧注射结合手法松解治疗粘连性肩周炎的疗效

目的观察臂丛阻滞下肩部医用三氧注射结合手法松解治疗粘连性肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将粘连性肩周炎患者60例随机分成两组，每组30例。A组在臂丛阻滞下手法松解并痛点注射医用三氧20ml及抗炎镇痛复合液，术后加强功能锻炼。B组采用针灸、物理治疗、推拿结合药物治疗。结果治疗后12个月时A组优效28例（93．3％），良效2例（6．7％），优良率100％。B组优效18例（60．0％），良效2例（6．7％），无效10例（33．3％），优良率67．7％。A组优良率明显高于B组（P〈0．05）。治疗前两组患者VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后各时点A组VAS评分均低于B组（P〈0．05）。结论臂丛阻滞下肩部医用三氧注射结合手法松解治疗粘连性肩周炎临床疗效显著。

Efficacy of medical ozone injection combined with manipulation under brachiai plexus block in the treatment of patients with adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of medical ozone injection combined with manipulation under brachial plexus block in the treatment of patients with adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into group A and group B, 30 cases in each group. Patients in group A were treated by injection of medical ozone and anti-inflammatory analgesic mixture combined with manipulation under brachial plexus block. Group B were treated by acupuncture and massage combined with drug therapy. Results At 12 months after the treatment, 28 cases （93.3%） and 2 cases （6.7%） were with excellent and good effects respectively in group A; while 18 （60.0%）, 2 （6.7%） and 10 （33.3%） were with excellent, good and ineffective effects in group B. The excellent and good rate was significantly higher in group A （100%） than that in group B （66.75%）. No difference was found in VAS pre-treatment between the two groups （P〉0.05） ; VAS was significantly lower in group A than that in group B after the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Medical ozone and anti-inflammatory analgesic mixture injection combined with manipulation under brachial plexus block are effective in the treatment of patients with adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis.
