改良银质针导热疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效

目的观察改良银质针导热疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效。方法急性腰扭伤患者随机分为银质针组和塞来昔布组，完成观察者分别为32例、30例。于治疗前、治疗后30min、1周和1个月时以视觉模拟评分（VAS）评价疼痛强度、腰椎活动度评分（ROM）评估腰椎功能并进行疗效评定。结果两组治疗后疼痛及腰椎功能较治疗前均有改善，银质针组疼痛、腰椎功能改善均优于塞来昔布组（P〈O．05）。治疗后1周时银质针组有效率为94．1％（32／34例），塞来昔布组为87．5％（28／32例）；治疗后1个月时银质针组有效率为96．9％（31／32例），塞来昔布组为90．0％（27／30例）。结论改良银质针导热治疗急性腰扭伤在缓解疼痛、改善腰椎功能及疗效方面均优于口服塞来昔布。

Efficacy of modified silver needle transmission heat therapy in the treatment of patients with acute lumbar sprain

Objective To observe the efficacy of modified sliver needle transmission heat therapy in the treatment of patients with acute lumbar sprain. Methods Patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly assigned to silver needle group and celecoxib group, 32 cases and 30 cases in each group completed the observation finally. VAS, ROM score and the efficacy were evaluated at 30 minutes, 1 week and 1 month after the treatment. Results VAS and ROM score were improved after treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）. Compared with celecoxib group, VAS and ROM score were significantly decreased in silver needle group（P〈0.05）. The effective rate was 94.1% （32/34 cases） in modified silver needle transmission heat therapy group and 87.5% （28/32 cases） in eelecoxib group at 1 week after the treatment, and 96.9% （31/32 cases） and 90.0% （27/30 cases） at 1 month after the treatment respectively. Conclusion Modified silver needle transmission heat therapy is superior to celecoxib in relieving pain and improving lumbar function in patients with acute lumbar sprain.
