| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨室内爆炸产生的冲击波对实验犬病理生理及早期血液流变学的影响.方法 健康成年犬24只,按照炸药质量及爆炸源距实验犬距离随机分为A、B、C致伤组和无致伤对照组(n=6).爆轰塔内致伤后按1、3、5、12小时4个时相点观察呼吸、心率、血压变化、动脉血气、血液流变学指标及心脏病理改变.结果 伤后呼吸、心率、血压及动脉血气变化较对照组均有显著统计学意义(P＜0.05).全血黏度(WBV)、红细胞聚集指数(IEA)及血细胞比容(Hct)较对照组明显升高,而红细胞变形指数(TK)则低于对照组.心肌损伤随超压增加而加重.结论 密闭空间内冲击波致伤后能在短时间内对犬呼吸、心率、血压等生理指标及血液流变产生显著影响.
