cerbB-2、Bcl-2、Ki-67在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨cerbB-2、Bcl-2、Ki-67在乳腺癌中的表达及意义以及与临床指标之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对31例乳腺癌及其癌旁组织测定cerbB-2、Bcl-2、Ki-67的蛋白表达。并且对一些临床病理因素进行相关性分析。结果:cerbB-2、Bcl-2、Ki-67的表达在癌组织和癌旁组织有显著差异性(P<0.05),cerbB-2、Bcl-2、Ki-67的表达和患者年龄无相关性(P>0.05),cerbB-2、Ki-67的表达和组织学分级呈正相关(P<0.05),Bcl-2和组织学分级呈负相关(P<0.05)。并且Bcl-2和Ki-67的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:cerbB-2、Bcl-2、Ki-67的表达与乳腺癌的发生发展有关,对判断乳腺癌的组织学分级以及对预后的评估起到一定的作用。

The expression of cerbB - 2, Bcl - 2 and Ki - 67 in breast cancer and clinical siganificance

Objective:To investigate the expression of cerbB-2, Bcl-2 and Ki-67 in breast carcinomas, and to explore the role of them in the growth and development, and analyze their relationship with clinical factors. Methods: Immunostaining(s-p) was performed for cerbB-2, Bcl-2 and Ki-67 on 30 specimens of breast carcinomas and normal tissues and to analyze the correlations with clinicopathological factors. Results: The expression rates of cerbB-2, Bcl-2 and Ki-67 were 45.1%, 60%, 80% respectively. A statistical signification was found between breast cancers and normal tissues in the expression of cerbB-2, Bcl-2 and Ki-67 . The expression of cerbB-2,Bcl-2,Ki-67 was not related to age. The expression of cerbB-2 and Ki-67 had a positive correlation with the historical stage, the expression of Bcl-2 had a negative correlation with the historical stage, the expression of cerb B-2 and Bcl-2 correlated with axillary lymphnodes metastases.Conclusion: The three markers are correlated with growth and progression of breast cancer , and can help to judge the prognosis of breast cancer.
