草酸铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶四氢叶酸治疗晚期胃癌

目的:观察草酸铂(L-OHP)联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)、四氢叶酸(CF)治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法:对住院治疗的42例晚期胃癌患者采用草酸铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶、四氢叶酸化疗方案,L-OHP130mg/m2第1天,CF200 mg/m2第1~5天,5-Fu500 mg/m2第1~5天。每3周重复,至少治疗2周期,按标准评价疗效和毒副反应。结果:可评价患者42例,有效率28.6%,中位生存期9.6个月,一年生存率47.6%。主要毒副反应为周围性感觉神经病变,骨髓抑制及消化道反应,多数为I~III度反应。结论:草酸铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶四氢叶酸治疗晚期胃癌临床疗效较好,毒性反应可以耐受。

Clinical Observation of Oxaliplatin and 5-Fu with CF in Treating Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and side reaction of oxaliplatin(L-OHP) and 5-Fu with CF regimen in treating advanced gastric cancer.Methods: Forty-two patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled for this study.Oxaliplatin were administered 130 mg/m2 on day 1,CF 200 mg/m2 on day1~5 and 5-Fu 500 mg/m2 on day1~5 intravenously every 3 weeks and with at least 2 cycles.Results: It showed that response rate was 28.6%,median survival time was 9.6 months and 1 year survival rate was 47.6%.The main toxicity react were sensory neuritis,gastrointestinal tract reaction and myelosuppression.The most were grade 1 to 3. Conclusion: The schedule of Oxaliplatin and 5-Fu with CF in treating advanced gastric cancer has good clinical efficacy and tolerability.
