| 摘 要： | 在35侧成年男性标本上对旋髂深静脉和腹环上方5cm 段的睾丸静脉进行了观测。根据应用解剖学研究,设计了睾丸静脉与旋髂深静脉吻合的术式,并在临床上对15例精索静脉曲张的病人施行了该术式,均获得满意的效果。旋髂深静脉主干平均外径6.1mm;长14.2mm,其属支上支和下支汇入主干前外径分别为3.0mm 和2.8mm。睾丸静脉在腹环上5cm 段,平均2.5支,外径2.2mm。文中讨论了与该术式有关的应用解剖学要点。

| Abstract: | On 35 adult cadavers,an anatomic study relating to the treatment of sperm-ophlebectasia by means of anastomosing the testicular vein with the deep circum-flex iliac vein was carried out.The testicular vein and the deep circumflex iliacvein measured 2.2mm and 6.1mm in outer diameter respectively.The former ave-raged 2.5 in number and the latter was 1.4cm long.This management has beendemonstrated on 15 patients with satisfactory results. |
