史锁芳教授应用大剂量甘草治疗支气管哮喘探讨经验

哮喘是由多种细胞(嗜酸性细胞、肥大细胞、T细胞、中性粒细胞)和细胞成分参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病。这种慢性炎症导致气道反应性的增加,通常出现可逆性的气流受限,并引起反复发作性的喘息、气急、胸闷、咳嗽等症状。肾上腺糖皮质激素是目前最有效的抗炎药。甘草与其在结构和药理作用有相似性,故应用大剂量甘草配伍其他中药治疗支气管哮喘,不仅可以干预本病的发作,还减少了运用激素的不良反应。其大剂量甘草配合其他中药对治疗支气管哮喘有积极和深远的意义。
