喉显微手术中超脉冲CO_2激光的临床应用 附54例报告

本文介绍了超脉冲CO_2激光在喉显微手术中应用的初步经验.54例患者中声带良性病变(息肉、囊肿、Reinke氏水肿、淀粉样变)47例,声门癌(T_1N_0M_0)3例,喉乳头状瘤、喉血管瘤3例,外伤性喉狭窄1例.选用汽化、凝固和切割三种不同激光工作模式.全部病例均一次切除病变,随访2~10个月,术后恢复良好.文中就激光手术的优点和技巧进行了讨论.

Application of Superpulse CO_2 Laser in Micro-Laryngological Surgery with 54 Cases Report

A primary experience of laser micro-laryngological surgery on 54 cases with benignand malignant disorders of larynx were reported. We choice three kinds of laser working modelsincluding coagulation, vaporization and excision according to different pathological conditions. Sin-gle stage excision was carried out on all of the cases without any serious complications after opera-tion in the 2~10 months follow-up period and recent satisfactory results were observed. The ad-vantages, good visibility, precise resection and minimal edema, of the laser microsurgery on thelarnynx disorders are indicated. These preliminary results suggest a potential role for the super-pulse CO2 laser in the micro larynx surgery and the prospect for the further clinical application.
