血清肌酸激酶对异位妊娠早期诊断应用价值的探讨

目的 :探讨肌酸激酶对异位妊娠早期诊断的应用价值。方法 :选择临床可疑异位妊娠病例为实验组 ,正常宫内妊娠及异常宫内妊娠分别作为对照组。3组孕周均不超过8周。取静脉血测定血清 -hCG和肌酸激酶。结果 :各组血清肌酸激酶水平无统计学差异 (P>0.05),且血清肌酸激酶活性与 -hCG水平无明显相关性 (P>0.05) ,以血清肌酸激酶的第95百分位数 (185IU/L)诊断异位妊娠的敏感性为10.53%,特异性为100%,阳性预测值为100 %,阴性预测值为52.11 %,诊断效率为54.67 %。结论 :肌酸激酶不能作为异位妊娠早期诊断的可靠指标。

The application value of measurement of creatine kinase for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To Discuss value of application in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Suspictions ectopic pregnancies who received medical treatment in our hospital were elected as a experimental group; normal and abnormal intrauterine pregnancies as control groups. Their gestational age was no more than eight weeks.Serum -hCG and creatine kinase were measured.Results:Creatine kinase level is no significant difference between these groups(P>0.05): Creatine kinase level don't relate with serum -hCG (P>0.05).With reference to the ninety-five percentile of creatine kinase, the diagnostic sensitivity turns out to be 10.53%, the specificity 100%, the expected value of positive 100%,and the expected value of negative 100%,efficiency of diagnosis is 54.67%. Conclusion: Measurement of serum of creatine kinase is of no more clinical practical value.
