| 摘 要： | 目的观察微创穴位埋线联合西药治疗稳定期中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法将200例中重度COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组100例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上加用微创穴位埋线治疗。两组疗程均为1年,观察AECOPD次数、重度急性发作次数、SGQR评分(临床症状、活动能力、疾病影响等)、焦虑HAMA及抑郁HAMD评分、6 min步行距离、肺功能(FEV1、FEV1/FVC)及安全性指标变化情况。结果 1最终完成试验病例185例,治疗组脱落7例,对照组脱落8例。2组间治疗后比较,AECOPD次数、重度急性发作次数、SGQR评分(临床症状、活动能力、疾病影响评分及总分)、HAMA及HAMD评分、6MWT差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。3组间治疗后比较,肺功能(FEV1、FEV1/FVC)水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。4两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论微创穴位埋线联合西药治疗稳定期中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病,可显著减少AECOPD(尤其重度急性发作)次数,改善患者临床症状、活动耐力及焦虑抑郁心理。
