电针膝眼穴治疗膝骨关节炎疗效的现代康复学评估

  目的：探讨电针膝眼穴治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及康复学指标评估  方法：将100例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组予以电针膝眼穴治疗4周,对照组予以扶他林乳胶剂外用治疗4周；治疗前后予Lequesne及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)法评定治疗效果,并用等速肌力测试指标评定治疗前后股四头肌各项参数  结果：治疗2周后,两组VAS评分、Lequesne评分症状较治疗前均有好转(P<0.05),两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)；4周后两组VAS评分、Lequesne评分症状改善率较治疗前均有好转(P<0.01), 其中VAS评分两组间无明显差异(P>0.05),而Lequesne评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后股四头肌峰值力矩(PT)、相对峰值力矩(PTWB)、疲劳指数(WF)、峰力矩对应角度(APT)指标均有好转,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)  结论：电针膝眼穴治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切,并能改善股四头肌肌力,提高膝关节稳定性及膝关节活动功能。

Modern rehabilitation evaluation of efficacy of electric acupuncture at Xiyan in treating knee osteoarthritis

  Objective:This paper is to evaluate the efficacy of electro acupuncture XiYan in treating knee osteoarthritis and the modern rehabilitation evaluation  Methods:100 patients with knee osteoarthritis disease were divided randomly into two groups, the treatment group was treated with electro acupuncture for 4 weeks, and the control group was treated with topical diclofenac diethylamine dmulgel for 4 weeks, Lequesne and Vas score were recorded before and after the experiment. Subjects were assessed with isokinetic measurement  Results:After two-week treatment, VAS and Lequesne score of the two groups were better than before(P<0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After four-week treatment, VAS and Lequesne score of the two groups were better than before(P<0.01), as to the VAS score , there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05),but the Lequesne score of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05). The rehabilitation value such as PT, PTWB, WF and APT was higher than four weeks before, and the treatment group was batter than the control group(P<0.05)  Conclusion:Electro acupuncture XiYan had advantage in curing KOA, can improve quadriceps femoris muscle strength and improve the stability and the flexibility of the knee.
