微创缝合术治疗低高位单纯性肛瘘50例临床观察

  目的：观察肛瘘缝合术治疗低高位单纯性肛瘘的临床疗效  方法：将100例低高位单纯性肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用瘘管全层缝合方式治疗,对照组采用传统的肛瘘切开术治疗。观察术后临床疗效、肛门愈合时间、肛门疼痛、肛门功能等  结果：两组总有效率均为100%。治疗组在缩短愈合时间、减轻术后疼痛、保护肛门功能方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)  结论：低高位肛瘘缝合术与肛瘘切开术均是治疗肛瘘的有效手术方法,但是肛瘘缝合术具有有效缩短患者的愈合时间、减轻疼痛以及更好地保护肛门功能等优点。

Treatment of low and high simple anal fistula by minimally invasive stitch:a report of 50 cases

  Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive stitch in the treatment of low and high simple anal fistula  Methods:One hundred cases with low and high simple anal fistula were divided into test group and control group randomly, 50 cases ineach group. Test group was treated by minimally invasive stitch, and control group was treated with traditional low and high simple anal fistula otomy. Observe the clinical efficacy, healing time, postoperative pain, anus functions  Results:The total effective rates were 100% in the two groups. The healing time, postoperative pain were reduced and anus functions was protected effectively by minimally invasive stitch in test group which better than control group, with remarkable difference between the two groups (P<0.05)  Conclusion:Both treatments of minimally invasive stitch and anal fistula otomy are effective surgical method for anal fistula, but minimally invasive stitch has advantages including shorten the healing time, relieve postoperative pain and protect the anal function better.
