甲泼尼龙治疗重症支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果观察

目的观察采用甲泼尼龙治疗重症支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果。方法 98例重症支原体肺炎患儿,按照随机法分为实验组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,实验组患儿在常规治疗基础上采用甲泼尼龙治疗。对比两组患儿咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、胸片吸收时间、住院时间以及治疗效果。结果实验组患儿退热时间(2.5±0.8)d、咳嗽消失时间(3.8±1.0)d、胸片吸收时间(3.1±1.0)d、住院时间(6.5±2.3)d均显著短于对照组的(5.8±0.7)、(6.9±1.3)、(4.8±1.9)、(9.1±2.6)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=21.73、13.23、5.54、5.24, P<0.05);实验组患儿治疗有效率91.8%明显高于对照组的75.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ²=4.78, P<0.05)。结论重症支原体肺炎患儿在常规治疗基础上加用甲泼尼龙治疗的临床效果良好,可有效改善患儿临床症状,值得广泛推广应用。

Observation on clinical effect of methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia in children

Objective To observe the clinical effect of methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 98 children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and children in the experimental group were treated with methylprednisolone on the basis of conventional treatment.The cough disappearance time,antipyretic time,chest X-ray absorption time,hospitalization time and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time(2.5±0.8)d,cough disappearance time(3.8±1.0)d,chest X-ray absorption time(3.1±1.0)d,and hospitalization time(6.5±2.3)d in the experimental group were significantly shorter than(5.8±0.7),(6.9±1.3),(4.8±1.9)and(9.1±2.6)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.73,13.23,5.54,5.24,P<0.05).The effective rate 91.8%of the experimental group was significantly higher than 75.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.78,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of methylprednisolone based on conventional treatment has good clinical effect on children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the children,which is worthy of wide promotion and application.
