尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验糖尿病早期肾损伤的临床研究

目的分析尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验糖尿病早期肾损伤的临床价值。方法选取49例糖尿病早期肾损伤患者作为观察组,另选取49例同期进行体检的人员作为对照组。检测并比较两组的尿微量白蛋白、尿糖水平以及其阳性率。结果观察组尿微量白蛋白(26.57±9.71)mg/L、尿糖(3.78±1.13)mmol/L均高于对照组的(16.31±5.63)mg/L、(0.26±0.54)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组尿微量白蛋白和尿糖阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿微量白蛋白与尿糖联合检测的阳性率为91.84%(45/49),高于单独检测。结论对糖尿病早期肾损伤患者实施尿糖、尿微量白蛋白联合检验的方式具有非常高的临床价值,能够提升糖尿病早期肾损伤患者的检出率。

Clinical study on the combined test of urine glucose and urine microalbumin for early kidney injury secondary to diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined test of urine glucose and urine microalbumin for early kidney injury secondary to diabetes mellitus.Methods 49 patients with early kidney injury secondary to diabetes mellitus were selected as the observation group,and another 49 healthy subject at the same time were selected as the control group.The urine microalbumin and urine glucose of the two groups were tested and compared,and the positive rate of urine microalbumin and urine glucose were counted.Results The urine microalbumin(26.57±9.71)mg/L and urine glucose(3.78±1.13)mmol/L of the observation group were higher than(16.31±5.63)mg/L and(0.26±0.54)mmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of urine microalbumin and urine glucose in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of combined test of urine glucose and urine microalbumin was 91.84%(45/49),which was higher than that of single test.Conclusion The combined test of urine glucose and urine microalbumin has very high clinical value in patients with early kidney injury secondary to diabetes mellitus,and it can improve the detection rate of patients.
