摘    要:以团队为基础的学习(TBL)是近年来在医学教育中广泛开展的教学方法。为改进中医临床专业病理学的教学质量,尝试引入该教学模式,并通过问卷调查进行了教学评价。结果表明,学生对TBL教学模式有较高的认可度,认为可活跃课堂气氛、能促进团队协作和学习积极性;但对帮助理解和运用病理学知识评价较低,甚至大多数认为在运用病理学理论知识分析病例时有难度。针对薄弱环节,提出了一些改进对策。

Abstract:Team-Based Learning is used widely in medical education in recent years. In order to improve the quality of pathology teaching we tried to use this method, and we made teaching evaluation via questionnaire. The results show that the students recognized Team-Based Learning method widely, they thought that this method can make classroom atmosphere active, promote team cooperation and learning initiative; while the overall satisfaction about the effectiveness of this model was relatively low in understanding and using the knowledge of pathology and most students felt challenged when they faced clinical cases. Optimizations are needed in the future.
