| 摘 要： | 目的对德宏州2016-2018年男男性行为者(MSM)进行描述及艾滋病病毒(HIV)新发感染率分析。方法利用"德宏州HIV数据库系统"收集纳入监测工作中MSM,进行人口学特征描述,并应用LAg-Avidity EIA法在历年MSM中进行HIV新发感染率的计算。结果德宏州2016-2018年共1081例MSM被纳入本研究,三年中人群基本特征较为稳定,以25岁以上为主,HIV新发感染率依次为5.40%95%可信区间(CI):0.11%~10.69%],5.84%(95%CI:1.50%~10.10%)和4.84%(95%CI:0.96%~8.64%)。结论德宏州MSM的HIV感染率及新发感染率显著高于其他高危人群,提示MSM是今后HIV防制工作的重点。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the characteristics of MSM(men who have sex with men)and to know the new HIV infection rate in Dehong from 2016 to 2018.Methods The’HIV database of Dehong prefecture’was used to recruit MSM during the routine surveillance and the demographic characteristics of MSM were described.LAg-Avidity EIA method was used to analyze the new HIV infection rate.Results Out of 1081 MSM found from 2016 to 2018,most of them were above 25 years old,and the new HIV infection rate was 5.40%(95%CI:0.11%-10.69%)in 2016,5.84%(95%CI:1.50%-10.10%)in 2017,and 4.84%(95%CI:0.96%-8.64%)in 2018,respectively.Conclusion The HIV new infection rate of MSM in Dehong prefecture from 2016 to 2018 is significantly higher than that of other high-risk groups,indicating that MSM should be the focus of HIV prevention and control in the future. |
