围手术期护理与康复治疗对脑室内肿瘤患者术后功能恢复的影响

目的：探讨围手术期护理与康复治疗对脑室内肿瘤患者术后功能恢复的效果。方法：46例脑室肿瘤患者随机分为综合组与对照组各23例，2组均根据手术前后的临床特点采取相应的围手术期护理，综合组配合早期康复治疗。结果：2组患者均顺利渡过围手术期，没有出现与护理相关的并发症，但综合组患者术后意识恢复、肢体运动功能、ADL及平衡功能的恢复均优于对照组。结论：围手术期护理配合早期康复治疗对患者术后功能恢复有显著促进作用。

Effects of Perioperative Rehabilitation Nursing on Functional Recovery of Patients with Intraventricular Tumor

Objective: To investigate the effects of perioperative rehabilitation treatment on functional recovery of patients with intraventricular tumor.Methods: Forty-six cases were divided into the integration group(n=23) and the control group(n=23).Relevant perioperative nursing cares were taken according to the clinical features.Meanwhile,the patients in the integration group received early rehabilitation treatment.Results: All the patients in the two groups got through the perioperative term successfully without nursing-related complications.The recovery of consciousness,limbs motor function,ADL and balance function of patients in the integration group after operation were more satisfactory than those of the patients in the control group.Conclusion: Perioperative nursing in combination with early rehabilitation could significantly promote the recovery of the postoperative function recovery of the patients.
